Guests have full access to the whole townhome during their stay. That includes all three bedrooms (all located upstairs), the master suite, living room with smart TV and PlayStation, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, patio, and the private garage for guest use. You can also use the washer and dryer inside the unit.
The Enclaves Amenity Center is available to guests—an access card is provided in the unit. Amenities include the resort-style swimming pool and sun terraces, splash pad, putt-putt mini golf, volleyball court, arcade, and gym. Free on-site parking and high-speed WiFi are included.
Self check-in is available via a smart lock. Please note there are no exterior security cameras on the property. For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed, smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed. Also, there is some nearby construction in the area; we mention it so you aren’t surprised, but it does not affect access to the home or the amenity center.
