Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry area, and private screened-in balcony.
They also have access to all resort amenities such as pools, hot tubs, splash pads, sandy volleyball court, tennis courts, lake access, and the on-site restaurant.
Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.
Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures.
Are refunds immediate?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
