Guest access
Paradise Palms is located in Kissimmee Florida. Our resort-style neighborhood is gate guarded and requires a reservation to enter. Once you enter our home, you take a right at the stop sign in front of the clubhouse and we have a designated parking spot in front of our door. Please only park in spots assigned to our home number and then use guest spots for additional cars.

We ask our guest to please respect all house rules & be careful with all items in the home. It is our goal to provide great customer service with a space that gives you the home away from home experience. Please let us know at any time how we can improve your stay with us. Thank you!
Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.
Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures.
Are refunds immediate?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
