Overview
Vibeth Stays offers direct bookings for short-term vacation homes. Due to the nature of hospitality services, our refund policy is structured around reservation dates rather than physical product returns.
By completing a booking, you agree to the terms below.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy is:
• Full refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50 percent refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in
If your policy differs per property, the specific cancellation terms shown at checkout will control.
Non-Refundable Payments
The following are generally non-refundable:
• Processing fees
• Credit card transaction fees
• Damage waiver fees if applicable
• Any add-on services already fulfilled
Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for:
• Early check-out
• No-shows
• Weather conditions
• Changes in travel plans
• Personal emergencies
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect their reservation.
Pool and Add-On Services
If optional services such as pool heat or grill rental are requested:
• Requests must be made within the stated advance notice period
• Once activated, these services are non-refundable
Property Issues
If there is a legitimate issue with the property:
• Guests must notify us immediately
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly
Refunds or compensation are issued at our discretion and only if a reported issue significantly impacts habitability and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Utility outages beyond our control
• Acts of God
Chargebacks
By booking directly with Vibeth Stays, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and current market rates. Rate differences may apply.
